Last year Mary posted a story on her Instagram, reminiscing about her grandma's stuffed grapeleaves (typically reserved for large family gatherings), and Kat reached out expressing the same sentiments! Connecting through their nostalgia related to "Grandma food" they decided that one day they would plan a dinner party with the sole purpose of sharing that nostalgia with friends...fast forward 1 year later (cause life gets crazy!) and non-other than Mike Sula from the Chicago Reader reached out to Mary offering up the space to host such a dinner party!
Together Kat and Mary have combined their Armenian and Lebanese heritage to bring you an amazing 4 course family style dinner, sharing some of the highlights of their family gatherings, including stuffed grapeleaves!
